NAVY BEATS NOTRE DAME 46-44 | FIRST TIME IN 44 YEARS

"The Streak doesn't mean anything to me," said Charlie Weis on NBC just 20 seconds ago. In a shocking upset, Navy has defeated Notre Dame 46-44 in a tripple-overtime shocker.

It was a great game that kept me on the edge of my seat. It's too bad Notre Dame lost, but perhaps this development will wake up alumni around the World that there are basic problems with Notre Dame football and that firing Tyrone Willingham when and as they did three years ago was just plain wrong.

I watched the entire game and I'm blogging this now. Over at ESPN's comments area some are calling for Weis to be fired:
